A small number with a big effect
Every concrete wall carries a record of how it was built. The line where one pour meets the next is the most visible mark of all.
We pour in 300 mm lifts because it matches the rhythm of a stair riser and a skirting, so the lines inside line up with the lines outside.
What it costs
Smaller lifts take longer. On House on the Dijk it added eleven days to the frame. We think it was the best eleven days of the project.
