Ines founded Long Shadow with Tomas Marr in 2007 after nine years in large offices in Rotterdam and Basel. She leads design across all three studios and still draws every stair herself.

Tomas trained as an architect and a quantity surveyor. He runs Long Shadow Development, finds the sites, and makes sure every drawing has a price next to it.

Rui opened the Lisbon studio in 2015. He leads our houses and the Casa Alta and Quinta Funda projects, and teaches construction at the university.

Maren leads interiors from the Copenhagen studio. She chooses every material sample on this site and keeps the library of real finishes in each studio.

Lena runs The Slipway on site, from the first pour to the last handover. Buyers get her direct number.

Sofia looks after planning, budgets and sales for our development projects in Denmark and the Netherlands.

Jonas works on workplace and library interiors, and builds most of the study models you see in our photographs.
