The work
The brief
Our second development project. We bought a corner plot with a ruined warehouse and set ourselves a rule: no home without daylight from two sides.
The response
A curved stair hall lit from above serves nine apartments, three per floor. Each home wraps a corner of the building, so every one has the dual aspect we promised.
Outcome
All nine homes sold before completion. Four of the buyers came to us through the stair hall photographs alone.
