The work
The project
The Slipway is our largest development so far: 16 apartments in Tower A, 6 in Tower B and 6 garden houses on a former shipyard on the Maas.
The design
Precast concrete fins shade the west faces and frame the river views. Behind them, a timber frame keeps the embodied carbon down and the rooms quiet.
